All the teams sang the Irish song "Cockles and mussels" today.The students also learnt some facts about the character of the song - Molly Malone from Dublin.
I am grateful to my British and American friends for the CD "Irish songs"!
These are some petunias from the school greenhouse. I was advised to go there by the school vice-principal.The boys from my 'Ireland' team showed me the way.
The song is sung and learnt very easily. The lyrics exist in several versions, so I had to correct the lyrics, so that they correspponded to the song in the CD.
