Ireland Through Video

All the five teams watched the first part of the video.
Before the film the students were asked to tell what they knew about Ireland.
Then they were offered to watch first. Afterwards the cards with the phrases from the video were distributed:
a casual game, a gathering place, founded by, sinners and saints, stormy history,ancient land,clash of the ash,greatest treasure,graceful stone buildings, etc.
Together we tried to explain - and translate, if necessary - these key words.The cards went from pair to pair until learnt well. During the second watching the card was raised whenever the student heard the phrase in the video.
